5 minute breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not add all your favorite ingredients into it.
Best part about pancakes for breakfast is that you can add everything and anything your heart desires, even if that means half jar of nutella because you have an entire rest of the day to burn those calories off. Not to mention the energy and protein breakfast provide to your body.
The following ingredients make 5 medium size pancakes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 spoon of baking soda
  • 3 spoons of flour
  • 1/2 tbl spoon of salt
  • 1/2 tbl spoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 spoon of butter
  • Toppings - pineapple, blueberries etc.
  • 1 spoon of brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup of mixed nuts
  • 1 banana


  1. In one bowl stir together flour, eggs , almond milk and butter
  2. Add salt, vanilla extract and baking soda into the mix and keep stirring
  3. Whisk the blend until a smooth batter forms 
  4. Heat a pan over a medium heat
  5. Pour 1/4 of batter into the pan 
  6. Flip until sides are golden and bubbles appear
  7. Cut banana into small pieces
  8. Place banana slices on the pan for a few minutes
  9. Once bananas start turning golden, flip over . Repeat the process until both sides are golden and turn crispy 
  10. Add bananas , pineapples, nuts, blueberries and any other toppings you would like on the pancakes for that extra flavor !
