Snack Bar

Snack bar aka bunny food. The reason why i call it that way is because it is great for appetizers, because it consists of healthy ingredients but will not fill you up. Unless of course you have a few plates of these hehe.

  • Garlic and cheese bread sticks (Trader Joe's)
  • Radishes
  • Cucumbers
  • Garlic cheese spread
  • Bananas
  • Avocado
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Italian cream cheese / Mascarpone Cocoa (Trader Joe's)
  • Salmon
Let your imagination do all the work ! If you feel like you can add anything else that you think will taste good, trust your instinct and just go for it !

My Snack bar consists of:
  1. Garlic cream cheese, cucumbers, salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. Mascarpone cocoa spread and sliced bananas
  3. Garlic cream cheese and thin slices of salmon 
  4. Plain sandwich with just mascarpone cocoa spread ( great at the end of meal, it is sweet and can be a great substitute when craving nutella ) 
  5. Garlic cream cheese and sliced radishes
  6. Garlic cream cheese topped with parsley 
  7. Sliced avocado,salt and pepper
