Snack bar aka bunny food. The reason why i call it that way is because it is great for appetizers, because it consists of healthy ingredients but will not fill you up. Unless of course you have a few plates of these hehe.
- Garlic and cheese bread sticks (Trader Joe's)
- Garlic cheese spread
- Salt & Pepper
- Italian cream cheese / Mascarpone Cocoa (Trader Joe's)
Let your imagination do all the work ! If you feel like you can add anything else that you think will taste good, trust your instinct and just go for it !
My Snack bar consists of:
- Garlic cream cheese, cucumbers, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Mascarpone cocoa spread and sliced bananas
- Garlic cream cheese and thin slices of salmon
- Plain sandwich with just mascarpone cocoa spread ( great at the end of meal, it is sweet and can be a great substitute when craving nutella )
- Garlic cream cheese and sliced radishes
- Garlic cream cheese topped with parsley
- Sliced avocado,salt and pepper
