Mango Chia Pudding





Want to know what it is like to wake up in the morning and have breakfast already prepared for you?
I have a perfect recipe for you, it will take less than 5 minutes to make and is not only very healthy but just oh so delicious !


Ingredients:
  • Ripe mangos (or any fruit of your choice)
  • 4 tbl spoons of chia seeds
  • 2 small cups of coconut milk / almond milk ( depends on your preference )
  • 2 tbl spoons of honey

Preparation:
  1. Mix honey with almond milk (or milk of your choice, i do not recommend using regular milk)
  2. Add 4 tbl spoons of chia seeds into the mix, make sure they spread all over 
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Cut mangos into small pieces and refrigerate overnight
Your work here is done ! All you have to do in the morning is take the chia seed pudding out of refrigerator top it with mangos that have been already cut and your breakfast is complete.
